| Students are required to give undertaking as given below:- |
| Undertaking by the regular student and the Principal in connection with increase or decrease in the fees: |
| the following signatories executing this agreement hereby undertake to comply with the following in connection with fixation of annual fees by the Shikshan Shulk Samiti of Government of Maharashtra, for UG course in Engineering and Technology conducted in the College for the current academic year: |
- That in case of the annual fees as decided by the Shikshan Shulk Samiti of Government of Maharashtra for the current academic year is lower than the existing fees, then on behalf of the Management of the College, Principal of the College, within a period of 30 days from the date of Notification regarding the fixation of the fees by the Competent Authority, shall return / refund the amount of difference between the fees paid by the student while taking admission in the College and the fees as decided by the Shikshan Shulk Samiti of Government of Maharashtra for the current academic year.
- That in case of the annual fees as decided by the Shikshan Shulk Samiti of Government of Maharashtra for the current academic year is higher than the existing fees, then the signatory student, within a period of 30 days from the date of Notification regarding the fixation of the fees by Competent Authority, shall pay the additional amount of difference between the fees as decided by the Shikshan Shulk Samiti of Government of Maharashtra and the fees paid by the student while taking admission in the College for the current academic year.
- That in case of failure of above stated compliance from either side of any one of us, the other signatory is free to initiate legal action against the failure.
- That in case of any dispute in respect of above matter; the decision of Shikshan Shulk Samiti of Government of Maharashtra shall be final and binding upon us.
