T & P Department is an integral part of the institute. The department plays a major role to empower students to face global challenges and placing them in various sectors like IT & ITES, Manufacturing, Marketing, Automobile and Arm Services under University Entry Scheme (UES). Before facing actual campus recruitment selection process of any company, department provides complete guidance on resume writing., Aptitude skill, Group Discussion, Personal Interviews and Technical Interviews with the support of inside and outside expert’s time to time.
It is proud to say that most of the reputed Multi National Companies (MNC) visited our institute regularly to hire our students. The department coordinates quit well with corporate sector and provide well developed infrastructure to facilitate the campus recruitment programs. As on 28/05/11 more than 200 final year students (2011 Batch) were placed in various multinational companies with average salary package of Rs. 2.45 lacs/annum.
To support their theoretical knowledge, the department encourages and helps students to undergo industrial training in reputed companies in and outside region during Summer and Winter vacation.
