T & P department is an integral part of the institute. The department plays a major role to empower students to face global challenges and placing them in various sectors like IT, ITES, Manufacturing, Marketing, Automobile and Arm Services under University Entry Scheme (UES). Before facing actual campus recruitment process of any company, department provides complete guidance on resume writing, Aptitude skill, Group Discussion, Personnel Interviews and Technical Interviews with the support of inside and outside experts time to time from 1st year onwards.
It is proud to say that most of the reputed Multi National Companies (MNS) visits our institute regularly for campus recruitment process. The Department coordinates quite well with corporate sector and provide well developed infrastructure to facilitate the campus recruitment programs. Last year department were placed 216 students from 2008 Batch with average salary package Rs. 2.17 Lac per Annum.
To support their theoretical knowledge, the department encourages and helps students to under grow industrial training in reputed companies in and out- side region during summer and winter vacation. The department is in continuous touch with various industries to give live project, industrial training, industrial visit etc.
