A separate Cell for Entrepreneurship Development (EDC) has been established in the College by Prof. S. R. Chaudhari. Prof. R. W. Patil is taking care of the cell and has organized lots of EDPs for B.E. students. The cell is taking initiative in running various courses under the banner of BDCE leather technology.

Name of Courses

Few programs organized under E.D. Cell are :
  • Three days ‘Entrepreneurship Awareness Camp for Students (EACS)’, sponsored by Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE) and National Science & Technology Entrepreneurship Development Board (NSTEDB). The program was organized for Department of Computer and IT.
  • One Week Management Development Program on ‘Skills for Effective Business Management’, sponsored by MSME-DI, Ministry of MSME, Govt. of India.
  • One week program on ‘Personality Building for Business Management’, sponsored by the MSME-DI, Ministry of MSME, Govt. of India. The program was organized for Department of Electronics and Telecom.
  • One month program on ‘Entrepreneurship Development Program’ was been sanctioned and sponsored by the MSME-DI, Ministry of MSME, Govt. of India for 2009-10.
